On the inaugural evening, guests will commence their culinary preparation with light broths, vegetable soups, or plain water, ensuring their digestive systems are adequately prepared for the ayahuasca ceremony scheduled for approximately 8:00 PM.
The second day will commence with a leisurely walk through the dense jungle, during which participants will gain insights into the region’s primary medicinal plant resources and their traditional uses by indigenous communities. Following lunch, the group will venture to a vantage point offering panoramic views of the surrounding jungle canopy. They will also meticulously scan the area for avian species like eagles and macaws. As darkness falls, the team will engage in nocturnal excursions to locate insect and animal specimens that thrive under moonlight.
On the third day, after a nutritious morning meal, the expedition will set forth for the Cocococha Lagoon, a 3.5-mile (5.5-kilometer) trek along the lagoon's shoreline.
