Taste and Tour Small Organic Wineries with a Winemaker

This itinerary offers an exclusive exploration of local wines produced by independent winemakers in the Niederösterreich (Lower Austria) area, where they can be found off the beaten path at traditional market stalls or specialty shops.

I am an experienced vineyard owner, winemaker, and avid student of viticulture. My extensive knowledge and practical skills enable me to provide firsthand insights into the entire wine-making process, from cultivating the land to bottling the final product.

Additionally, I maintain strong connections within the wine industry, allowing me to organize exclusive experiences for guests featuring natural winemaking techniques. After a successful stint in corporate communications, I transitioned to farming, acquiring my own winery named "Chapter Two" in early 2021. To further enhance my learning and application of theoretical knowledge, I embarked on a three-year degree program in viticulture and wine business at a prestigious institution.

My academic journey culminated in September 2021 when I completed my studies. As part of this new phase in my professional life, I acquired a small Austrian vineyard dedicated to cultivating white grape varieties such as Chenin Blanc, Roussanne, and Sémillon. My first harvest, showcasing these unique varietals, is anticipated for release in late 2024.
