Your skydiving adventure commences with a scenic flight aboard a plane at altitudes ranging from 12,000 to 16,500 feet, depending on the chosen package. Ascend to this height, and once safely seated in the plane, you will freefall at velocities exceeding 200 kilometers per hour for durations of 45, 60, or 70 seconds. As you reach 5,500 feet above sea level, your tandem instructor will activate the parachute, allowing you to rest briefly amidst breathtaking views of Lake Taupo, Mount Ruapehu, and Mount Ngauruhoe—also known as Mount Doom from the Lord of the Rings series.

After deploying the parachute, glide back to Earth with your tandem instructor, ensuring a smooth descent to the designated landing site. Upon touchdown, celebrate your achievement by receiving a high-five and a warm embrace.
