On Day 1:
- Morning Pickup: Departure from your hotel in Cusco between 4:30 am and 5:00 am.
- Train Journey: After pickup, proceed to the Ollantaytambo train station to board the train to Aguas Calientes.
- Bus Transfer: Upon arrival in Aguas Calientes, one of our team members will assist in transferring to the entrance of Machu Picchu via bus.
- Lunch Break: You will enjoy a meal at the train station before returning to Ollantaytambo by vehicle.
- Return Trip: Our driver will transport you back to your hotel in Cusco after lunch.
On Day 2:
- Early Morning Pick-Up: Start your day early, departing from your hotel between 4:30 am and 5:00 am.
- Cusipata Stop: Continue southward towards Cusipata for an included American breakfast.
- Phulawasipata Destination: Proceed to Phulawasipata, a community along the route.
- Horseback Trekking: Prepare for a 1 hour and 40-minute hike to Rainbow Mountain (5,080 m / 16,666 ft.) or opt for horseback riding if preferred.
- Informative Experience: Upon reaching the summit, allow ample time for educational activities and photography sessions.
- Comfortable Lunch: Enjoy a leisurely lunch upon returning to Phulawasipata, followed by transportation back to Cusipata.
- Final Farewell: The tour concludes at approximately 5:00 pm near the main square of Cusco.
