Our destination awaits us: Fatehpur Sikri, a charming city nestled in northern India, located just west of Agra. This ancient settlement was established by Emperor Akbar in the 16th century. The heart of Fatehpur Sikri is characterized by a dense cluster of red sandstone structures. Visitors can enter the Jama Masjid Mosque through the Buland Darwaza gate. Notably, nearby stands the marble Tomb of Salim Chishti. The Diwan-E-Khas hall features an intricately carved central pillar. Additionally, the Jodha Bais Palace combines elements of both Hindu and Mughal architectural styles, adjacent to the five-story Panch Mahal, which offers panoramic views of the surroundings.

Following the sightseeing, we proceed towards Chand Baori, a magnificent stepwell located in the picturesque village of Abhaneri, situated along the Jaipur-Agra Road in the Indian state of Rajasthan. This unique structure, measuring roughly 30 meters deep into the earth, makes it one of the most extensive and profound stepwells in India.
