In the event that you encounter difficulties in installing the eSIM due to incorrect scanning, our team reserves the right to provide no refund or bear no liability for any associated issues.

It is imperative to confirm that your mobile handset is compatible with eSIM technology prior to proceeding with the transaction. Additionally, certain models, notably those manufactured by Apple and Samsung, are currently non-compliant with eSIM integration across various regions including China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan.

Each individual unit may retain up to eight distinct eSIM QR codes, each capable of being scanned and saved. However, only one eSIM can be utilized concurrently during the installation process. Post-installation, the eSIM QR code remains valid until its expiry date, which stands at thirty days post-reception.

Lastly, refrain from deleting the newly installed eSIM QR code once activated. This action will render the QR code ineffective and void of functionality.
