Day 1: Transfer to Uyuni

Upon arrival in Sucre, we will pick you up from your hotel and commence the journey to the bus terminal, which will transport us to Uyuni. Our departure from Sucre for Uyuni will take place around 20:00 hours.

Day 2: Uyuni - Uyuni Salt Flat

We will begin our day's activities with a pickup from the Uyuni bus terminal. Upon reaching the cafeteria, we will partake in a delightful breakfast. Following the meal, we shall proceed to the railway cemetery, where historical insights into the region's railways await us.

Our itinerary will then lead us to the nearby community of Colchani, renowned as the entranceway to the Salar. Here, we will visit local artisanal workshops and observe the traditional table salt processing method.

Continuing on our journey, we will reach the breathtaking Salar de Uyuni, an expansive salt flat characterized by mesmerizing landscapes and unique geological formations. We will make brief detours to witness the process of salt extraction, the "salt eyes," and the luxurious Hotel de Sal Blanca, which serves as both a charming museum and a testament to the region's rich cultural heritage.

Next, we will embark on an excursion to the heart of the Salar, visiting Incahuasi Island. This island offers a scenic hike amidst vast cacti, opportunities to view marine fossilized rocks, and magnificent panoramic vistas from the observation tower.

To conclude our exploration, we will return to Uyuni, ensuring a seamless transition back to our starting point.
