The experience encompasses a tour of the cellar located at Via S. Siro 7/A, Pergolese, Madruzzo, TN, featuring a contemporary distillery equipped with evocative and distinctive copper stills. Visitors will explore a cave carved into the limestone cliffs, used as an anti-aircraft shelter during WWII, for the secondary fermentation of our Trento DOC wines. Additionally, there is a historical cellar housing ancient Habsburg oak barrels for the aging process and subsequent disgorgement. Following this exploration, guests can sample Trento DOC and other spirits while enjoying personalized tastings tailored to their preferences.
