Your tour leader will meet you at 7:50 AM at the ground floor of the Shinjuku Subaru Building, adjacent to the Shinjuku JR Station west exit. Departing from Shinjuku at 8:00 AM, you will proceed to Tochigi prefecture, where Nikko City is located. At approximately 10:30 AM, you will visit the Nikko Toshogu Shrine, the final resting place of Tokugawa Ieyasu, the founder of the Tokugawa Shogunate, who ruled Japan for over 250 years until 1868. This iconic shrine, a UNESCO World Heritage site, offers an opportunity to admire its intricate architecture and learn about the fascinating stories and legends associated with its structures.
